A Measure of Growth
I'm one of those people who frequently wakes up in the middle of the night with an idea that will revolutionize the world (or so it seems at 3AM). This BLOG is an attempt to capture those ideas so that I might be able to remember and reflect on them over time.

Food Network: Pulled Pork
How to make BBQ on a smoker:
Food Network: Pulled Pork
BTW, Alton uses sweet pickle juice, mustard, and hot sauce as a sauce.
To cheat, smoke for 2-3 hours, wrap in foil, cook in 400 degree oven for 4 hours.
Be sure to let meat rest, covered with foil, for at least 30 min, although an hour is better.

Solomon Trial Expired Error
Solomon whines about having run out of uses in TRIALLOC mode if you try to run a "Premier" edition app against a "Standard" edition (I may have the terminology wrong here) database.
To get around this, look for the SolInst.CFG file in the PARENT folder. In an editor, scroll down to the bottom of the file. One of the lines will be a number- either 47 or 48 in my experience. Change this value to whichever it isn't and restart Solomon.
Heh heh heh!
